As of December 1st 2010, an Immigrant Investor must respect the 3 following criterias to be admissible under the Immigrant Investor Programs :
1- Must have a Net Worth of at least 1,600,000 $ CAD
2- Must have Management experience as an employee of minimal 2 years in the last 5 years OR must have
ownership of a company for 2 years in the last 5 years ( partial ownership is ok)
3- Must pay financing fees of 220,000$ CAD once accepted as an Immigrant Investor ( simplified explanation)
